“I want to live in a society where people are
intoxicated with the joy of making things.” William S. Coperthwaite
Bill Coperthwaite encouraged people to use their hands. It essentially didn't matter to him what one was carving, building or tinkering with as long as something was attempted. Besides yurts, there were several projects that he worked over over many years; chairs, spoons, wheelbarrows, knives, and even butter dishes. He would seek collaboration on how to improve upon these designs, and many other items common to each of us.
These pages are devoted to plans for people to continue the collaboration. Please use the "Share Stories" page to let others know your designs and thoughts concerning the design and making of just about anything.
